About Cheryl

I am a Florida Keys Luxury Property Specialist dedicated to helping discerning buyers discover exceptional homes and an elevated island lifestyle. With deep local knowledge, proven leadership, and a client-first approach, I provide a seamless and trusted buying experience from first showing to closing.

My love of the ocean, sunsets, and fishing brought me to the Florida Keys in 2003. Originally from the Lowcountry of Charleston, South Carolina, I was raised with Southern charm and hospitality; values that continue to shape my attentive, professional approach and the exceptional level of service I provide to every client.

I am deeply involved in both my community and the real estate industry. I have served as 2019 President and 2018 President-Elect of the Florida Keys Board of Realtors, as well as Director 2016 & 2017. I am a past member of the Kiwanis Club of the Upper Keys, BPW–Upper Keys (Business & Professional Women’s Group), and Pirates on the Water, Southernmost Castaway Charter, Key Largo Chamber of Commerce, and the Sunset Rotary of the Upper Keys.
