Kevin Kleinman has been professionally serving South Florida's real estate demands since 2009. Initially, he entered the career of a real estate agent at 21 years old and can say he has experienced the good, bad and the ugly of being an agent in what seems to be an ever-changing market with an ever-lasting supply of new agents that come and go. With this experience, Kevin has set himself up to be the difference maker that buyers, sellers or investors need to receive the results they deserve to have with their hard earned money. As a graduate of FIU with a business marketing bachelor's degree and a certificate of concentration in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, he has the knowledge and critical thinking skills that would place any customer working with him in the best position to get more out of his service than they could imagine. Kevin has had an extensive amount of experience with buyer representation, new construction sales office management, hedge-fund residential acquistions, asset portfolio management dispositions, property management, income-producing portfolio development and working with everyday buyers and sellers. Kevin's usual response when asked about how he likes having a career in real estate is "It's a wild and crazy ride and I wouldn't want it to be any other way". Kevin is a family man and is a father to a daughter and wishes to demonstrate to her the value of hard work through his dedication to his clients. Lastly, he is described by past clientele as an approachable person with lots of patience. He does not realize his level of patience as being anything impressive since he gets joy out of being able to educate and does not feel satisfied until his clients are informed and comfortable with the knowledge he conveys to make sound financial decisions.
