Lois Flores
Lois has been with RE/MAX Advance Realty for over ten years. During her first ten years with RE/MAX, Lois has provided streamlining techniques and methodology enhancements which have improved all operational aspects of the company. Currently, Lois is continuing her education in accounting to integrate the newest technical advances and software updates in finance with our everyday accounting needs and requirements.
Today is a good day and good things are going to happen.
Lois is also responsible for the operational management of both offices and has a staff of six employees. Lois helps and supports all of the real estate agents in the offices with their day to day needs as well as training the agents on office procedures, policies, and office expectations.
Many agents refer to Lois as the "heart and soul" of the office, but her duties and responsibilities are far reaching. On the corporate level, her knowledge experience, and operational expertise is very important to the bottom line.
Anthony Askowitz
Born and raised in Miami, Anthony Askowitz joined the Real Estate profession in 1989 after studying Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Miami. After 14 years as a Realtor-Associate Anthony became a Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Advance Realty in 2003. One year later he became the Managing Broker of two offices.
