As an Investor, I specialize in creating CASH-FLOW and getting new businesses up & running and Profitable within the next 30 days.

Growing up, I was told to "Study & Work Hard" and life will take care of itself. If you're like me, you did just that. And as time went by, I realized that Life was not as I wanted it to be. I had the same old problems that everyone who had not "studied & worked hard" had. So, what was the point....??

About 10yrs ago, the point revealed itself very clearly when I got layoffed again. I realized the difference between THEORY and REALITY. What poor people THINK and what rich people DO. Every wealthy person that I have heard of do the following:

1)      They are a Business-Owner,

2)      They invest in Real Estate and

3)      They access the Capital Markets.

Every poor person I knew – didn’t, for whatever excuse or reason they had. Of course, there are no Guarantees to Success, but for me, it was so obvious - this was the way to go (no matter the price).

So, I got to work immediately on learning what I needed to LEARN, meeting who I needed to MEET and doing what I had to DO.

I have made it my Mission, my Focus in life to bring what I have taught myself (this self-awareness) to those who desire to know SUCCESS for themselves. That is a "Reality" worth fighting for & working harder towards. Forget your mis-leading perceptions, you don't need them & they are not serving you. Learn from your NEW experiences, pay attention to your 5 senses & include what your heart, mind & instincts are telling you and KNOW for a fact that you can.

Mark this moment in your Memory & return to it EVERY TIME you don't get what you Want, what you've Earned; You'll notice a pattern. At that precise moment, Decide what you will do about it & Then DO IT!!!!
