Gilda has been in the real estate market in South Florida for over ten years. She has worked extensively with developers as well as all facets of the real estate industry

Gilda does much more than recruit, she works directly with our Marketing Department to help train the agents on all of the RE/MAX technology products as well as the many specialty products and services developed directly by RE/MAX Advance Realty for their agents only. Gilda also conducts specialized classes to teach each agent how to best showcase their specific talents, style, and real estate niche. “Each agent has something special about them, my job is to capture that, and show them how to market it.” “When I meet with someone for the first time I know right way if they have what it takes to be a successful RE/MAX Advance Realty agent.
